Mindfulness-Oriented Recovery Enhancement (MORE) is my life’s work. For over 20 years, I’ve dedicated myself to developing, testing, and refining this evidence-based therapy—an approach rooted in ancient contemplative wisdom and modern neuroscience. Across more than 16 clinical trials and thousands of patients, MORE has consistently helped people break free from addiction, alleviate emotional distress, and reclaim their lives from chronic pain. It stands among the most significant breakthroughs in behavioral treatment since the advent of CBT and motivational interviewing. I’m deeply honored to share this healing modality with you.
